We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. By booking an appointment with us and/or purchasing something from our shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Service Terms
All treatments (including waxing, massages, lash, and nail services) must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or in person. A pre-payment deposit of 20–50% may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Prices for services are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for following pre-care and aftercare instructions provided by Come Bare Beauty Parlour. Our therapists are trained professionals — however, results may vary depending on your individual skin, hair type, and adherence to care guidance. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone in cases of inappropriate behavior, medical contraindications, or hygiene concerns.
Appointment, Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments can be conveniently booked through our website, our Instagram page, or by contacting us directly via phone.
To ensure fairness to all clients and to respect our team's time, we kindly request that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours' notice will not incur a cancellation fee. However, clients will be required to wait a minimum of 3 days before booking a new appointment. Priority rebooking will only be offered if there are unfilled slots available.
Clients who arrive late may have their appointment time shortened to ensure we remain on schedule for other clients. If we are unable to accommodate the full service within the remaining time, the appointment will need to be rescheduled.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth, professional, and timely experience for all our valued clients.
Health & Safety
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or use of medications (such as retinol, acne treatments, or blood thinners) that may affect treatment. We cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions if such information is not disclosed. Clients under 18 must have parental/guardian consent for treatments.
Online Store Terms
You must be over 18 years to purchase products from our site. Products are for personal use only and may not be resold without written permission. Certain beauty products may be available exclusively online. Colours and descriptions of products are displayed as accurately as possible but may vary slightly depending on device display.
Billing & Payments
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or booking placed with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account information. Payment details are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway.

Limitation of Liability
Come Bare Beauty Parlour is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the use of our services or products. While our therapists take every precaution, results may vary, and individual experiences cannot be guaranteed. Minor skin sensitivities (such as redness, bumps, or irritation) are considered normal side effects of waxing and similar treatments.
