Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Our policies to ensure a smooth experience for you and our team.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy
We respect our clients' valuable time and know that you respect ours as well. Should you need to reschedule or cancel your scheduled appointment, please do so at least 24 Hours prior to your appointment or as soon as possible, or you risk the chance of a possible late cancellation/no show fee of up to 100% of your scheduled service fee. A late cancellation charge will be determined by management; 100% of the service fee will be charged for a NO SHOW.
On-Time Policy
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Being late shortens your service time and may cause us to rush, which goes against our commitment to providing you with the best, most thorough experience possible. If you are more than 5 minutes late, please understand that you may need to wait until the next available opening, if any, or you may be asked to reschedule or cancel your appointment altogether. While we always do our best to stay on schedule, unexpected delays can occur (often when a client before you arrives late). Should we ever be running behind, we’ll make every effort to notify you in advance. We kindly ask that you extend us the same courtesy by calling or texting as soon as possible if you anticipate being late.
Appointment Reminder
You will receive an automatic reminder from us of your appointment date and time at least 48 hours prior to your visit. PLEASE follow the directions to confirm, reschedule, change, or cancel your appointment. You can also email/call us to let us know if you need to make any changes. Appointments CANNOT be cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment through our online system. You MUST text, email, or speak directly with our staff to cancel your appointment if not within our cancellation policy.
Pre-Payment Deposit Policy
To minimize no-shows and last-minute cancellations, we kindly require a pre-payment deposit of 20% – 50% of the service fee (depending on the length of the service) at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of your service. If an appointment is cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy, the deposit will be credited to your account for future use, or, if preferred, a full refund can be issued to the card on file. However, please note that deposits are non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show, and will instead be applied toward the corresponding fee. At Come Bare Beauty Parlour, we are dedicated to maintaining a professional, comfortable, and relaxing environment for both our clients and staff. To preserve this atmosphere, any disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated, and service may be declined if necessary. Please note: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
